I lead technology, support teams, and keep building.
I'm a Tech Lead and head of a projects department. I work across multiple platforms, help decide their architecture, and support teams from presales through to production. Today, a central part of my work is bringing artificial intelligence into development in a practical way: training, tools, and changes you can actually see in real work.
How I work
three fronts, and none stands without the other two
From using AI tools to changing how a team works.
The transformation doesn't start with a list of tools. It starts by observing the work, spotting where time gets lost, and preparing a path that makes sense for each team. I designed an internal program for about 16 people and extended it to four clients. In the largest-scale rollout, more than 200 development, QA, systems, product, and analysis professionals took part.
