Internal transformation from developer to AI developer
Program designed for about 16 people in the projects department, with personalized training, internal tools, and follow-up on the impact on the work.
Context
Since this was my own team, I already knew their processes, so a prior shadowing phase wasn't necessary.
My responsibility
Design, organization, delivery, and follow-up of the program.
Outcome
The evolution observed in the follow-up indicators made it possible to use the initiative as a pilot to later extend the approach to four clients.
