Practical AI training for technology teams
Design and delivery of AI adoption programs for four clients. The largest-scale rollout has reached more than 200 development, QA, systems, Product Ownership, and analysis professionals.
Context
Teams start out with different tools, experience levels, and needs. A single curriculum doesn't translate AI into everyday work.
My responsibility
I design the program and take part in delivering it. For smaller clients I act as the sole trainer; for the largest rollout I was part of a team of four trainers. I also prepare MCP servers, skills, and agents for each context.
Outcome
Program delivered at four clients. The largest-scale case has over 200 participants.
